Not sure how I feel about this place yet. Some of the food was good like the lo mein and the Hunan Chicken that I didn't order. I ordered the Beef, I'm sure the phone call that came in during my order may have distracted the nice lady doing several things at once. I was not feeling the fried rice, just didn't taste good to me. (And that's disappointing because I live the stuff!) The place could also use a good cleaning in more ways than one.

They refused a refund for their crappy food. I will definitely not be going back here.

The food is good most days, but the staff can be very rude and insulting. Make sure you check your order before leaving. If it's wrong, the only way to fix it is for you to drive back and bring the wrong food with you; otherwise, you won't even get an apology. If they think more than 2 or 3 pieces is missing from the container they wont replace it at all. Peking was our go to place for Chinese; as long as you get the miracle of having your call go through. We called to order at 3:30 and it was busy. Finally, at 3:55 we got an answer but was put on hold. When they finally got on to take our order, we were told that it was 4:01 and lunch was over. Even after explaining what happened, they refused to let us order. After 20 years, they are losing a 3-4 time a...

Last night my husband and I ordered from Peking place. It's been awhile but that was always our favorite Chinese place in westmont. Sorry to say but it was terrible. Did new owners take over or something? I got the hot and spicy beef and my husband got general too. First of all the meals weren't hot, I don't know if they were done and sitting before the time we were told to pick up. My beef dish had no flavor and it usually has a little kick to it. The general tso's was dry and even the chicken rice soup had more cabbage than anything. So disappointing. Hopefully they realize what a great place this use to be and step it up! I don't know if we'll give it...

To be honest kinda scary. The funny thing was they were packed, people must be drunk or have no tastebuds in Westmont. Believe me I am fat and will eat just about anything.

THE GOOD The fried chicken was almost ok and the fried shrimp was almost ok.

THE BAD Eggroll tasted pretty awful and was bone dry and overcooked. The chicken teryaki was hard and very dry. The beef teryaki was hard and dry and had an off taste to it. The ribs were hard and dry and overcooked like all the meat and had an off taste. Rice was super dry, little to no flavor.
