Westwood Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lower Yoder Township

I can't even give any stars because we never received any food after an hour wait and they were not busy when we got there. We went there for dinner after a game, sat 10 minutes before being acknowledged, watched as a party of 2 came in after us, with a larger group walking in after. We waited patiently while the man with the party of 2 complained to get a menu. Menus were taken to them, and then we received ours. Waitress then took our order after we were already there 25 minutes and then the party of 2. Miraculously the party of 2 and the larger party received their food before us after we had waited for an hour. Worst part about it was it was already 9 o'clock so even the option of going somewhere else for dinner was out the window. Here's a tip though, If you're local and are wearing a Westmont shirt or hat, don't worry you will definitely be taken care of before anyone else regardless of when you walk in the door. You know what we got for being patient and waiting? Told that everyone else's orders went in before ours because they missed ours which shouldn't have happened as we were the first to order. We did get free drinks and the offer to wait another 10 minutes for our meal though along with no one of management to apologize, but to allow the waitress to address us. We have never walked out of a restaurant before tonight and needless say we will never set foot in this...

Both times I’ve been here the restaurant was mostly empty and the service was terrible. I also work in the food industry so I’m generally extremely patient and understanding, but when I’m sitting here with the check and my card for literally over 25 minutes and can hear my waitress talking to a coworker in the back I’m going to be annoyed. Earlier had to get up and ask the bartender for silverware because waitress was nowhere to be found ever and someone dropped my appetizer off without it (not his fault or job). Have to wait forever for refills. There are only 3 other customers and I’m her only table, so why? Barely touched the chicken wrap because it didn’t even have spicy sour cream on it like it said and the chicken was flavorless. Pork nachos however were very good, that was the only positive tonight. The price for food was a bit high for the quality and portions you get (huge deciding factor for not returning). Food took roughly over an hour to come out after ordering. Service was great, the place was also well kept but in comparison to other places 10 minutes or less away this place doesn't do too well in my go to places in the Westmont and Johnstown area. Seems like the business owners may be taking advantage of the fact they are the only bar in that little section of town which is what draws the crowd there.
