Got subs for dinner from here last night. Wasn't even 15 minutes from the time we got them home to eating and the bread was soggy all the way through, even without dressing. I made no mention of olives on my sub and somehow they made their way onto my sub. My husband's sub was supposed to be the melt... and it was not. It was just the regular version but charged at the melt price. We have been trying to call and talk to a manager, but the young female working seems to think it's funny and say different things like "Oh, she'll be here tomorrow morning around 9" or "Try calling tomorrow" while laughing in the background. So guess who is making a phone call to corporate... this girl! This particular restaurant sucks... needless to say, won't be going back to this one. Avoid this Subway...

Thanks for keeping Dashers from working. You should prioritize and realize that if you make my sub I can go back on duty and I'll be able to deliver those other ones that you're making. ... But the other way around you're keeping me from making money and making a customer unhappy at the same time. As I'm about to leave after waiting a few minutes, worker Jake comes out and says, "Oh I didn't hear the door." No apology. The other couple who were waiting behind me left to go to another restaurant. I ordered my normal sandwich. Double meat usually means twice as much as normal. This worker put less meat than most other places do with the basic amount of meat. He then hastily finished my sandwich and rung up my order. Not planning to come back to this...
