Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Yoder Township

We have ordered from this location plenty of times, and today after ordering we waited almost an hour before reaching out in regards to our delivery. When I called the store the manager stated the driver was here knocked on the front door, back door and called multiple times. No calls were made and nobody showed up to our location at all as we were watching and waiting for it. After which the manager stated "well I'm going with what my driver said, and I'm not sending another driver down there". I would give a negative star if it let me. I ordered the new crispy parm crust pizza and it was SEVERELY overcooked. There were some burnt parts on the pizza, the crust was so dry, and I couldn’t taste any “Parmesan”. I called the local shop where I ordered it and the manager said that that’s how it’s supposed to be as it’s goes on a conveyor belt. I’ve had other thin crust pizzas from other chains such as Dominos and it never comes out like that. I’m glad I paid for a pizza just to throw in the trash. Tonight , online, I ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be 30% off and a Papa Bowl. It showed 2 items in my shopping cart. Then a message popped up and said your last item (the Papa Bowl, was removed. I could see one item in the cart. I then reordered the Papa Bowl. When delivery occurred, it was two PAPA Bowls and NO Pizza. Sure enough. I checked my order on line and it had been the pizza removed, not the Papa Bowl. My fault for not checking but what the hell is their site doing, changing orders. I will NEVER order from them again. I don’t eat the Papa Bowls, it was for my husband. So now I have to go order another meal from somewhere, not Papa John’s. Be careful...
