The cardio equipment is up to date and gives you a great view of sumner County overlooking Westmoreland. Restrooms are clean. They have cubby holes to store your property . There are batting cages on property and a nice bike and skate park. There is not a reason to search anywhere else for gyms, but right here. The day staff people are very professional and nice . The hygiene of the equipment is great. You clean up after yourself using a disinfectant they provide. You can't beat a clean gym. Join up , the price is worth it, and your health will be much better.
