Ordered two large blizzards and they were not frozen. They were runny like the cream in the ice cream machine wasn't chilling right, they didn't even flip them like they supposed to do blizzards. Top it off didn't even stick them in blizzard cups but in the cups they do milkshakes and jewlius in . When the employee was questioned they simply said that is how a blizzard is... what a joke of a place. I don't like to write things like this but this isn't my first experience at this one to top it off they don't do burgers neither. I think the management needs to pull their head out of there rear to learn how to educate their employees which you are nothing but a bunch of high school students would rather stand around in the back smoking on Vapes that they acquired some way or another or more interested playing on their phones and shooting the bull with coworkers. Sometimes it's like forever for just one to come to the counter. You get better service from the little Caesars employees and same for the gas...

I was there to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. Both the manager and employee working there ignored me when I called for them and had smirks on their face.. I didn’t realize that it was a couple minutes before 10 I didn’t have my phone on me but the polite thing to do is say we will be with you shortly we are open in a couple of minutes. I can see how they were annoyed with me but it does not excuse being rude like that a little bit of kindness goes a Long way ! I told the manager she could have at least acknowledged me and my kids standing there and calling for her the way she said I am sorry made me sick you can say I’m sorry but if you still have a rude facial expression it doesn’t mean anything but is actually more insulting. I won’t go there anymore and will spread the word. There isn’t much hope when even the management does not know how to treat...

Every time I visit the Dairy Queen in Wellston, it’s truly a five-star experience. The entire staff goes above and beyond, always working hard and greeting everyone with genuine smiles that make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s always such a joy bringing my kids here—the wide variety of ice cream options keeps them excited every single time, and we’ve made so many sweet memories together.
