Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

We drove through the drive through and placed the most simple order you could imagine, two of this chicken wraps, one with nothing but just the wrap and chicken, the other with whatever comes on it, two separate flavors, and a large coke. The woman who took our order seemed attentive to the order through the loudspeaker, but once we pulled up to the line we noticed she was leaning out of the building talking to a man, just laughing having a good time, they stop talking after about a minute or two and he drives off, she must’ve handed him the food prior to us even coming around the building, because she handed him nothing while we waited. Just talking, I would have to assume she was too busy wrapped up in flirty conversation while taking my order she couldn’t even register any of the specifics, I ordered the plain Jane chicken wrap, and got absolutely covered in every topping they add. Would never go back to this location. Went here for lunch and ordered 2 drinks a small fry, a double cheese burger and a bacon double cheese burger. The bacon double cheese burger didn't have any cheese. Was going to take it back but the restaurant became really busy and figured I would just deal with it. Then ordered 2 jr chicken sandwiches and 2 double cheese burgers to go. Looked in the bag when I got it and it had the proper wrappers so I thought the order was correct. When opened the sandwiches some time later discovered that the chicken was correct but the burgers were not. I am very shocked and disappointed with the service I received at Burger King in Weston as a long time customer the girls name is Bianca she was very rude and abrupt with me and my child. She proceeded to throw the food at us I attempted to get her attention several times, she just walked by and refused to acknowledge that I was trying to get her attention. Another young girl that works there noticed we needed something and she gave us exactly what we needed. I myself works in customer service and would never treat any customer like Bianca treated us, so I will take my business elsewhere, please do something about...
