This weekend we decided to try the Weston Grill for lunch on Saturday and the entire experience was great, from the friendly staff to the amazing food. The interior of the restaurant is new, modern, clean and very spacious. Guests have a choice of a booth or table and chairs The menu is very unique, offering a huge selection of American and authentic Indian cuisine. My lunch dates, who are 95 and 14 years young, both chose chicken tenders and french fries. I decided to try the Curry Chicken with rice. The food was excellent and the prices are reasonable. We had a very friendly waitress and the owner (or co-owner came over to talk to us when we were done eating. He wanted to know where we were from and to get our honest opinion about the food. I forgot to mention, there is a nice bar in the restaurant and big screen TV.'s all around it. They will be expanding to include outside seating soon. Great experience! My son says it...
Read moreI found this place via Google in this beautiful small town on my way to SC from PA. Don't expect a proper Indian restaurant here; this is a local hangout lounge that offers some Indian menu items on their menu. Hopefully, they are not expecting Indian customers all the time to stop by. Nevertheless, during our visit, we picked up some Indian appetizers, rice, and some bread, and they were able to prepare and serve everything we ordered, including Indian chai. Other than Biryani, everything tasted as it was supposed to be. And, the chef was also able to cook rice with some Biryani flavors. And It was an odd time we dropped in, but the staff were welcoming and able to serve what we wanted, The chef was kind enough to stop by, welcome us, and explain about the town. I recommend this place if you are on your way and badly need some decent Indian...
Read moreTonight, my roommate and I decided to visit the lounge for a drink. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged (there were 4 other customers) we were finally asked for our order. Tequila shot, mtn dew back, and Jaeger bomb. Then the bartender walks away, spends a good 5-10 minutes shooting the breeze with 3 guys at the other end of the bar. My roommate gave up and left. Then the other bartender/owner asked me what I wanted. I repeated my order, original bartender asked what about the Jaeger bomb, I said no he gave up and left. I finally get my shot of tequila, watered down in a whiskey glass with tons of ice. NO bartender would do this. Paid 7.50 for something that has always been 5.50 even 2 weeks ago. Terrible service, inconsistent pricing, and zero apologies for the customer they lost just because they ignored him. Not a fun...
