Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

I've been going to Subway for a while now but this was the worst experience ever.

OK I understand your internet and card payment system was down. OK I understand you couldn't just let me walk away with a free 6" BMT. OK I understand the only way out of this situation was for me to walk out into the snow, get to an ATM and pay the $3.50 withdrawal fee. But why did the staff acted like it was my fault all along? And why were they talking about me in the 3rd person like I couldn't hear them? "He went to the bathroom". "He's gonna have to get some cash now".

I am sure they are good people but someone needs to train their people skills.

Iv never had a bad experience here before so I was surprised when they couldn’t make a subway melt sandwich with added Buffalo chicken it’s not that but they complained the whole time how I was asking for it really nice and they said It was because of covid then put Mayo on it then toasted it not gonna lie I got sick eating it threw out the other half and I had a huge order too I was ordering for like 8 people but I’m always nice and they both girl and guy were super rude the whole time even ignored me while I was trying to order and messed up the other sandwiches maybe it was a bad day but still shouldn’t give someone food poising just cause your having a bad...

Who ever the pencil pusher is that decided it would be a good idea to remove shredded mozzarella cheese from the choices was a bad idea. How does one have a pizza sub without the cheese? An even better idea is to “upcharge” me to substitute the sliced mozzarella because YOU removed the shredded mozzarella. You have to use twice the sliced to even come close to having enough cheese. Not happening! Lost business over cheese! Might wanna think about putting shredded mozzarella cheese back...
