Since 2013, Nice Threads has provided a wide variety of work apparel and customer gifts for our company.

Nice Thread’s customer service and communication is outstanding – responsive, clear, and fast. The quality of the products and customization (embroidery, heat press, engraving) is consistently excellent.

Over the years, we’ve come to Tim with many challenging requests and he always finds a solution for us. Our latest request was for wooden gift boxes. We told Tim about the purpose, size, and style of what we were looking for and we picked 2 boxes from the catalogue. When the samples came in, they were nice, but Tim had ordered a third box that he thought might better suit our needs and it was perfect – much better than what we had picked out!

After an exhaustive search for custom apparel for our production company, we were lucky to find Nice Threads local to our office in Milford, CT. We’ve used them for custom embroidery for hats and sweatshirts and plan to use them for future gear.
