We are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Bob and Jason at Village Pine Furniture in Westwood, NJ. From the very beginning of our project—which included cabinetry for our kitchen, pantry, and laundry room—they approached every detail with unmatched patience, care, and professionalism. As customers who had ideas but needed guidance, we truly appreciated how they took the time to listen, answer every question (sometimes more than once!), and walk us through each step with kindness and clarity.

We wanted to be absolutely sure of the quality and durability of their work before sharing our experience, which is why we waited nearly a year to write this review. And we can now say with total confidence that their cabinetry has held up exceptionally well. Day in and day out, it functions beautifully and looks just as stunning as the day it was installed. It has become a real source of pride in our home, and we’ve loved showing it off to family and friends—each time, we’re reminded of the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into every piece.

In an industry where delays and surprises can be the norm, Bob and Jason were a rare gift. They set realistic expectations, stuck to the timeline, and delivered outstanding quality at a price that felt more than fair. But what made this experience so special went far beyond the cabinets themselves. We turned to Village Pine once again, this time to refinish an 80+ year old headboard/footboard, and a one-armed student desk that dates back to the 1940s or early 1950s. Both the bed pieces and the desk were in rough shape but Bob and Jason said they were both able to be refinished. To our amazement, the bed and the desk look brand new! We can not believe how incredible they look! Bob and Jason are the consummate professionals and a pleasure to deal with. We were long overdue for a Village Pine project, as they did work for us years ago.

We just did another project with Village Pine this summer 2024.

They built a beautiful high quality multimedia shelving cabinet at an affordable price.

And they also spotted that some of my kitchen cabinets needed to be aligned better and did that for us as a courtesy.

We enjoyed working with Bob Jason and the Village Pine team.
