I'm never coming back to this place again. For starters, my family and I were the only table that did not get bread (which is an industry standard). Next, the cups were first off tiny but also the waitress did not give us any straws. The chicken noodle soup was average, but the cup was small once again. Then, the food, oh god the food. It was so bad that my family and I never finished it and ended up leaving our dinner half-eaten. I got a Chicken Tuscany, which is supposed to come with mushrooms and Spinach. When I received it, there were no mushrooms. When I told the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen, only to come back .5 of a second later to say that they "ran out" of mushrooms. This wouldn't normally be an issue for me, but that fact that she wouldn't have told me if I hadn't asked is unbelievable. Then, my parents got eggs and hash browns with no toast. Not only did they give us toast, but the eggs were wet and the hash browns were wet and burnt at the same time. And to top it all off, we had to pay way too much. Overall, never come here if you want horrendous service...
Read moreI live near this diner and vist this place often. This place wasnt all that great, but an ok town diner, until saturday morning's visit......
The food was as usual.
But the real reason we don't want to go back was because the waitress. She gave us horrible service. She was rude from the start, but then threw the dishes onto the table when serving them...she seemed really angry. We even asked if she was angry, but she totally blew the question off. Two of our plates were CHIPPED off after she threw them down. Then we saw her serving another table. She wasn"t throwing them down anymore. My daughter was in town visiting, and we were all smiles before this.
It was one of the places where our family visited for a simple breakfast most often but after this waitress... nope. We arent going back. Mabye you guys should train your older employees to treat all races equally, because we are sure that is what we saw and felt, including my 3rd grade...
Read moreThe food was terrific, I went with my wife and daughter with her boyfriend. For 4 people we had breakfast which was great!! The price was $96 and we left a $20 bill on the table for a tip. Upon paying I gave my credit card and he asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the credit card. I said no because I left it on the table. He gave me my credit card receipt and we walked out to the car at witch point I noticed the receipt for $100.72 At this point we're in the car and I didn't want to go back in but I told no tip on the credit card and if he didn't put the tip, so it must be the extra charge for using a credit card BUT BEWARE THEY ARE CHARGING ABOUT 5% which is excessive compared to other places that I have payed up to 2.5% This is why I didn't give...
