I am purposely submitting this review on Google because their website reviews only tell one story! Extremely unhappy with level of service received at the Wheaton location. Spent $85 on a formal non-returnable dress last week June 6. I signed up online for a 15% discount but did not realize it was for online purchases. Went back to the location today June 10 and asked about the discount as I was buying a second dress for $60. I was told that they give cards and that I could use it on my next purchase. I explained to them I had been to the location less than a week ago and whether they could apply the 15% to this purchase, they said no. Even after pleading with them. They gave me 2 discount cards that I could use until July 30. I have absolutely no intention on returning before then because graduation season is done for me. I do not see the difficulty in applying the discount and my previous purchase could have been verified . The 2 stars is only because the dress was nice. They make you pay for the return label...so think of that before purchasing. They are located in Santa Fe Springs, CA! And want their costumers to purchase a label to ship there. That was over $10!!! Now deduct that from an item you cant wear! I purchased a similar dress in Macy's for half the cost. Do yourself a favor and dont purchase from them.
