Taco Bell (Mall Food Court) — Restaurant in Maryland

My wife and I came here. Ordered our food. Things were okay. Standard

I get to ask her if I could have a refill on my soda. She denied me a refill. Apparently they closed at 8pm it was probably like 8 pást. I said ok that’s fine. Just wondering I asked them what time they closed. They sarcastically said “we close at 2am” and proceeded to laugh. And blatantly tried to laugh at my face. And then attempted to deny the whole thing. Now I am past the HS and middle school s. I am a grown man. I don’t have the time for that. So I asked her to say it louder I want to laugh also. Inmediatly the cashier “Margarita” came to “aid” her fellow co worker was attempting to harass me and my wife over a simple question. Margarita claimed she was the manager. And said they could laugh at whatever they want even at the expense of someone else. I said “we will see about that!”. I told them I would report them and needed all of their names. Of course they knew all of them were out of line. And didn’t provide their names. But I have the information I needed since I documented it. They also pointed their fingers at me several times and many of those hands were close to my face. Corporate needs to see this and fire those women. They got hostile and violent over a simple question. They even threatened me. I simply let them know they can call whoever they want. Because if things are done the way they should they would never find a job. Worst case scenario I am still right and they’re wrong. I hope management sees this and makes changes because these women were absolutely disgraceful. They do not represent the company well. If anything they make the company look like absolute trash. And I believe the company wants to stray away from that look. These women are a danger to the safety of future customers with their hostile and defamatory nature. They need to be replaced immediately. They are are constant liability and a huge potential to be sued for harassment and tyranny on behalf of the employees and the...

Wanted some spicy food so I decided to go to Taco Bell. The food court was full, but the Taco Bell had no one. Perhaps that was the clue. I was bold enough to give a shot. So I ordered some food as you see in the receipt. I asked for Chicken Taco and he said OK. They had a combo for $7.99 for one quesadilla, one taco, and a drink. I asked for another taco instead of the drink. He said OK. But he charged me for two tacos separately and charged $1.60 to switch to chicken from beef. I ended up paying $5.58 for two tacos. I went home without checking. So, please check before you leave. He was nice, but they need serious training how to play with cash register to charge the right price. I don't think he did that on purpose. However, I am not happy. The tacos were cold. I thought people eat them hot. The quesadilla was hot and tasty even though it was a little small for the price. Service was fine, am not picky when it comes to fast food, no reason to expect anything, as long as they took my order and gave me my food, am fine with it. 5-stars~

All I wanted was the Nacho Fries because there great. They prepared it extremely fast, so I thought it was already fried and left out. Its usually like a 50/50 you get fresh fries when it isnt busy. I get what I get, I don't usually get picky about a fresh batch, unless its soggy.

Surprisingly, the fries was burning hot and crispy, right out the oil, it even burned my mouth (Only becuase I didn't expect it to be such a fresh batch). I was absolutely satisfied and it was beyond perfect this time around. Its what all french fry lovers dream of, fresh out the oil, crispy to perfection goodness. The nacho cheese of course compliments nicely. Great job!

I don't expct another perfect batch, but I love the Nacho...
