I’m a regular customer of this store, and today I bought some milk teas that tasted bad the flavor was sour, and I’ve never had them taste like that before. I politely approached an old lady and told her that the drinks didn’t taste right, that I just wanted to let her know. I wasn’t asking for a refund or an exchange. However, she started getting upset and giving me attitude. I clarified that I wasn’t arguing, I was just letting her know, but she was very rude and didn’t try to solve anything. Instead of helping, she chose to argue.

Because of her attitude and poor customer service, she lost many customers today.

Don’t buy from this store they sell spoiled products.

And the lady even told me she didn’t care if customers left, so I hope she gets rich selling disgusting stuff.

Terrible service and bad product the worst location ever.

And old lady you need to learn some manners and treat your customers with respect, because you depend on them. With out your customers you are nothing Rude and...

Not only is this location hidden which makes it extremely hard to find. Came to this location today may 12th 2024 at 3:15 pm. Staff was having a juicy conversation, no one was doing anything, I walked up to the register and they looked at me and turned away…when I said I’m here to pick up an order, my order that I placed 30 mins ago was quickly done in less than a minute , wrong order. I had to just leave in disgust feeling robbed…I left without the drink and will file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Like if you’re not interested in running this business why keep it open? Why are you happy to take people’s hard earned money and not want to provide service? Why are businesses like this allowed to remain operational? Unbelievable after you try to let them know they gave you the wrong order they give you a reaction of disgust…blatant racism and discrimination was at play here but hey…who...

Very poor service. I have been a regular customer at this location. I have been here many times and ordered many times through Uber Eats, but they’re always out of stamp cards. When they do have stamp cards (which is rarely), they would only give me one stamp after buying THREE drinks. I went earlier today and had the similar experience as the reviewer above. The girl at the counter was on her phone the whole time and didn’t care for customers. Also, please do not get the brown sugar milk tea here. I had high hopes for it, but it’s just caramel sauce. I recommend Mogee Tea’s brown sugar milk tea instead. Additionally, my sister had ordered a drink from here (Coffee milk tea) and asked for an almond milk substitute, and they just gave her a cup of almond milk mixed with a bit of coffee. No tea at all. It’s hard to want to come here considering...
