Bourbon Street Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

Today July 14,2025 time 12:43 pm I have lunch at this restaurant located in Wheaton mall 11160 veirs Mill Rd silver spring MD their food quality is very poor like I ordered pasta, chicken and broccoli all dry specially the chicken is burned even hard to chew It feels like plastic. The chicken type is spicy chicken and After I finished my food I go back and ask them they told me we don't know and I ask them to test the new one they put on their pan was fine. So look the food the service so from my understanding they want to sell even if the food is dry.

So FDA should check the food quality over there, I feel like there is food contaminated there too .

This place is my teenage sons favorite place. Hands down. He absolutely loves the Bourbon Chicken and also their Mango Chicken.

His mother has tried, unsuccessfully, to replicate their bourbon chicken at home. She has even asked them how they make it, to no avail.

So I just left Bourbon Street in Wheaton Mall. I ordered the shrimp with noodles double meat. They wore it on the container. Then the cashier with no gloves and after me telling him twice opens my container. I'm so furious. Either he can't read, can't hear or is just completely oblivious.
