Zero The store was bustling with customers, but amid the chaos, I encountered the manager, Jessica, who stood out with her purple hair. Unfortunately, my experience with her was far from positive. I approached her politely, hoping to bring to her attention that there were some liquid spills on the floor and on several items of clothing. Instead of acknowledging my concern, she responded in a rude and aggressive manner. It was disheartening, especially considering my long history as a loyal customer of this store. I couldn't help but wonder how someone with her lack of experience and conversational skills was placed in a managerial position. When I tried to express my concern, she brushed it off, stating that it was "none of my business." How could it not be? The liquid posed a potential hazard for other customers and damaged merchandise. I sincerely hope that a supervisor is called in to assess the situation, as I believe Jessica may not be suited for her role. As a longstanding customer, I urge management to take this feedback seriously. The store deserves better leadership to ensure a positive shopping experience...

I was speaking with my mom in Spanish and I was putting our clothes and she grabbed one of the clothes and tossed it to the left side so AGGRESSIVELY. Not once but twice. I asked her” what was that for” her evil face (with her mask on” turned different once she knew I spoke perfect English. She said she gets confused when we put clothes on the counter. Normal people would put it in the bag after you scan something. We did nothing to her to behave to her. I believe she did not like that I was talking in Spanish to my mom. We been coming here since they opened but now we are running far away from this place. Alyssa should not be working with customer service . She definitely needs to get interviewed by her management team as her behavior...

Didnt get the cashiers name but went with my family and my aunt told cashier she didnt want one of the items but in spanish but made it clear she didnt want it by saying no with her finger. I laughed at my aunt doing this and the cashier said "sorry, but thats not funny, thank you" even though no one was laughing at her but she seemed to think it was all about her. I decided to laugh in her face to get her more angry and she tried hurrying up on giving us our change back out of frustration as she started to speed up.
