On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm.
Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...".
I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking (back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly.
Restaurant had no napkins. (Roll of bathroom paper towel in place of napkins at soda machine) Three separate customers had to come back to ask for plastic forks.
Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery.
This location does not even have a drive-thru.
On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous.

Read moreI was really disappointed with my recent experience at Panda Express. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up once it was ready. My food was sitting on the rack behind the register, but I waited patiently while the cashier finished with a customer in line. When I tried to get her attention, she wouldn’t make eye contact and walked away. I politely asked if she could hand me my already-paid-for order, but she said she had something else to do and that I’d have to wait—she prioritized people ordering in-store first. The whole point of a mobile order is convenience, not waiting behind walk-in customers.
To make matters worse, she told me I was standing in her workspace (next to the register) and seemed more interested in lecturing me than helping. I order Grill Teriyaki Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken on a 2 plate half chow meiw and half fried rice. Tell me why both main dishes were spoiled chicken and to make matter worst. Would nobody in my house dare smell it nor tasted it too. I would love a manager reaching out and apologize for bad food served. A laugh out loud moment my family dog smell it and ran the other way.
