Update again! The long end piece of the couch is a blue velvet color with grey and cream chevron pillows. He rest of our couch is grey with light grey pillows (what we ordered). The long piece came unwrapped and in packaged. How to you deliver half our couch and half someone else’s!! 😡 Update. It just gets worse and worse. 4+ weeks later than supposed to my couch finally comes. They call to say they can deliver it Saturday. We call back to say no my husbands mom is getting married that day. The person who answered the phone says he doesn’t know what we are talking about but will give Shawn the message and he will call us to schedule another day. As my mother in law is walking down the isle Shawn calls to say they are on their way and we absolutey have to be present to deliver it Are you kidding me! This is why we said no to this day!! So i have to leave the wedding. Miss the first dance,y husbands dance with his mom, the cake cutting. All of it. So i say deliver the couch and don’t set up i need to get back. The flat out drop it on the driveway 4 times. No way 2 guys should have tried to carry this couch. I have no idea if it’s broken because it’s all still in the package? So i call to say don’t charge me set up and they act like I’m nuts! SERIOULSY!! They didn’t set up!! I didn’t want it delivered today! Why i really wanted was it delivered 4 weeks ago like promised when i paid 3k for it!
am very very unhappy with this company. I ordered a couch for over $3,000. I ordered it on holloween. I was told is was a 6 week order (they are trying to say they said 6-8 weeks which i promise 8 weeks was NEVER mentioned). The exact words used multiple times was ‘it will be here the second week of December’. I was told twice they would call us around 10 days prior when Stanton ships it to them to set a deliver date to us around December 14th. Well over the weekend we realized it’s suppsed to be here in 5 days and we haven’t gotten a call to schedule delivery. We talk to them and find out the material we ordered (SIX WEEKS AGO!) is back ordered and now our couch is still 3-4 weeks out (that is 10-11 weeks from ordering). Thousands spent to have our couch here by Christmas and nope not happening. They did NOT do what they should have. When they didn’t get a shipping confirmation over a week ago as they should have they needed to find out why! Now i don’t have my couch by the holiday, and they are doing absolutely nothing to make it right. I have ordered nearly 10k in furnature from them over the years. This is defiantly my final order. I will never ever order from them again. All they do is shift blame and refuse to take responsibility for anything. They called back to order me the floor model, not the color, material or anything as our order, for the same price as the new one i ordered. Please,...

The reason for the 2 month delay on my tv console was because of the strikes happpening at the docks down in California. Which is where they get most of their furniture. The company is even expecting delays from their domestic companies as well as part of the falling and then sudden rise of the economy. having those companies previously laying off most of their workers. Anyway the manager just called me up upon posting my previous review and informed me of the situation Which all checked out factually. I am absolutely in awe that I received such a speedy and intelligent reply that I am 're evaluating this company with 5 stars. With knockout prices and overseen by a manager that actually cares about what's going on with your order I would recommend this company to anyone. The employee who answered the phone (I think he may have even been the manager?) was so rude that I was initially shocked into silence. He demanded to know why I hadn't called earlier and was almost scarily aggressive about it (I had surgery the day before and was having complications). Trying to return the couch we purchased was a nightmare, and they wouldn't accept it because it had a few pieces of animal hair on it. We don't even own a pet! Even if they had accepted it, we would have lost roughly $250 due to a "restocking fee".
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the couch was a good deal and high quality. If you choose to buy from them, just be very, VERY sure that you want to keep your furniture. Because even if they accept the return, you will lose hundreds of dollars on a made-up fee. I assume that is how they remain in business selling...
