I went the other day to get a 24oz lotus drink and asked the barista for the drink suggestion menu they have. I picked out my drink pointed it out to her and waited. When she handed it to me I immediately knew it wasn't right because it was supposed to have orange juice in it. Turned out she had made the wrong one. No problem, could you remake it? Apparently according to her it is policy that they can't remake a drink since she made what she thought I had asked for the only option was to buy another one... Which I know is wrong because I go here all the time and had a drink made wrong before and they immediately fixed it. Normally I don’t have any problems with these guys. I love going here. But today I’m not sure if the girl was new or not. But we pulled up to the open window and she decided to take the people that were at the end of the line for the other window instead of going window to window like normal, not only that we asked for our drinks and she didn’t even put the lotus in them!
