My boyfriend and I have been going there for months now. All I can say is that they most certainly go above and beyond in customer service. It's the small details that make this place great. Such as the the chocolate covered coffee beans that they put on top of each drink or how each barista is so creative and innovative in their own way. One day my boyfriend went there and his favorite drink of all time is a "blended reeses mocha". Usually it's a rich mocha with real peanut butter in it, but the day after Halloween, one of the ladies got very creative and used real reeses PB cups and blended them in the drink itself. She didn't have to do that, but it was a nice touch and he claims that it was the best drink he ever had. Excellent coffee. Great coffee staff, very friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee and tastes, with many recommendations for those who don't quite know what they want. They offer burritos which are great if you get them on time. The only reaspm for the 4 stars vice the 5, is that the burritos are a hit or miss. Not sure if it is the burritos themselves or the way they are kept. Ive had all three burritos. Great taste. Ive had now three separate occasions where the burritos I've had, with potatoes in it, have been sour. Removing the potatoes does not fix it either as the whole burrito is sour and tastes spoiled. I recommend getting the burritos fresh, first thing in the morning. If not, they will more than likely be a little sour. I want to love this place, I really do. The options are awesome, they have amazing coffee. They include some chocolate covered espresso beans with your drink which is amazing and fun- and the drinks are very customizable.

I love supporting local coffee shops, but it can take up to 20-25 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get a drink, and I paid 11$ for a medium sized iced latte. I understand it's going to take longer and possibly cost more for a local coffee shop compared to a big chain, but unfortunately The wait time and the cost are why I will only come here once or twice a month versus...
