Bubba Burger — Restaurant in Whidbey Island

Stop by bubba burger with my brother, we were on are way back to Oak Harbor. Order 2 flame throwers 22.71 sillily me I for got bubba burgers only excepts cash !!! Sitting down on messy picnic table right next to highway very busy and loud. Now I can’t hear very will and especially when there’s background noise. Heather the owner is yelling out the window people‘s orders I thought she said my name . Went up to the window and said my name, she handed me a bag of food .Like I said she handed me the bag of food, went back to the table opened it up and it wasn’t my order the next thing I know she’s yelling at me you got the wrong food I brought it up to her and I told her my name and she said just keep it.i said no you keep it.not my problem her problem you think I got an apology no. The flame throwing burger is nothing but to patties brown wilted lettuce some jalapeños on the bottom very disappointing and the money not worth it not worth it at all. Very delicious and well worth the boat ride/drive/wait. Our group of four -had multiple half pound burgers (cut in half to share), as well as two fish n chips.

All the burgers came with some sort of honey mustard or some other tasty aioli, on the side. The chips were literally slim cut, deep fried potatoes that were slightly chunkier regular potato chips (except these were freshly friend and toasty).

Everything was delicious and if you are in the area, I would strongly encourage dropping by.

Also that a**hole a couple reviews down that gave two stars is wrong -this spot has way tastier burgers.

PS: there's a fresh water bowl for dogs, right next...

Very good burgers but I live in Oak Harbor it's about 45-50 minutes one way and another 45-50 minutes back came here 3 times during there working hours which is the weirdest working hours I have ever seen opens at 11:00 am closes at 3:30 pm the time majority of the people get's off work I will never understand that but anyway like I said very good burgers when ever they are open so if you live in Oak Harbor and like wasting time and gas and like seeing the country side and take your chance of coming me personally I'm tired of wasting my time and gas just to end up getting chicken tenders from the gas...
