I have been to three other vape shops in the area testing them all out. I moved not too long ago. With that being said this is by far the BEST!

My second smok vape broke. I did some research on what to buy. I narrowed it down to two. They suggested the Caliburn a2 out of my choices. They were super kind and helpful. Also, they were totally right, this thing is awesome!

Their prices are in par too. I had done research about what I wanted to buy and how much they cost online. Every other vape store had a 15-25 percent mark up on the price from what I found online. Their mark up was only about 5 percent from the prices I found online.

Not only are their vapes very well priced, the juice is as well. Other stores on the island have slightly lower prices on juice. However, nothing compares with their customer service. I will gladly spend a buck or two more on juice based on that.

I had the person behind the counter going back and forth trying to figure out what flavor I wanted to buy. They were kind the entire time even though I had no idea what I wanted to buy juice wise. Other shops have seemed annoyed that I wasn't sure on what juice. NW Fog Vapor Lounge didn't seem annoyed and seemed genuinely happy to help.

Also, being lgbtq friendly is nice. I have been to a lot of shops in Washington and not all of them are. In fact most aren't. They have a very welcoming environment and demeanor.

My only regret is one of the new juice choices I made. Totally not my flavor. That's on me though. It was a choice I made. With that being said, after I explained the flavors I did like, their first recommendation is a new favorite of mine. The other juice I chose was not a recommendation and I regret my decision. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable about current and upcoming attys, tanks, mods, and juice lines. They genuinely care about getting you what you need and want, not just selling you whatever you can afford and getting you out the door. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, it truly is a vapor lounge, full of fun and interesting personalities. They give a discount to active duty military and their dependants, and have a e-juice stamp card program that rewards you for buying the great juices they stock. I’ve lived in a few states since starting vaping in 2013 and I was not too excited at the prospect of small vape shops after living in so cal and being around shops with wonderful selections of mods and juice. Northwest fog pleasantly surprised me. The juice they carry is top notch and the mods they clearly researched and have used. I now go here for my purchases because they tend to have multiple renditions of whatever mod/dropper I’m looking to purchase. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and it’s a pleasure going there. Keep it up guys. You’re doing a great job.
