Nothing positive to report. The baristas can't seem to get basic drinks made correctly and don't understand customization. They complain about you when they think you aren't listening and literally talk trash or gossip about you and other customers while serving other customers. They seem to love making the 'diabetes in a cup' drinks which makes me not have to wonder much when it comes to the 'why' it's so difficult for my 110 body to fit through the line of people waiting to order and waiting to pick-up. They are incredibly wasteful in their use of disposables and they openly admit that they DO NOT RECYCLE plastics. The only slightly good thing is the frequent clearance merch if that's your thing. But if you're a fan of Starbucks, do yourself a favor and go to a stand alone or drive thru Starbucks where the baristas are actually fully benefit eligible partners and are given stock options, a living wage, and a bachelor's degree if they want it. Read moreWhen I stopped before work they weren't busy, but moved at a very slow slow pace... the girl at the cashier that took my order pretty much didn't listen to what I ordered... I asked for light on the carmel drizzle and she wrote heavy on carmel and I forgot to say soy milk but that's my own fault... the other girl who made the drink offered to re-make the drink but I didn't want it to go to waste so I just dealt with it. But this location needs to make sure they listen, and pick up the speed...
