It's a 0-but that's not an option. I had placed a delivery order, so I waited 5 hours and it showed me my order had been placed on the porch. Upon carrying order in I noticed items had been delivered that I hadn't ordered and immediately call customer service and asked them if they were able to deliver the correct order and was told that they can't do it. I told them that I had no money for anymore groceries so could they refund my money. They said they would be refunded in 7-10 business days. They gave me a $10.50 for an immediate credit to my account. I had spent over $70 and had no more money I had to ask my adult son to buy my groceries. I felt like I was a burden. He didn't mind at all but I did. I won't be shopping at Meijer unless they make it right. I have a very large family and have lots friends who have lots of friends. I myself spent well over $700 on groceries a month that's $8400 a year. If you want a better review make it right. It's bad. I have at least 25 family members who want to shop at Meijer who haven't been able to because of the problem I had and spend a lot of money on groceries and household stuff. So take my $8400 and multiply by 25 comes out to over $100,000 a year. That figure is low, I'm sure it's higher but either way Meijer looses alot. Maybe you can get together and figure out how to make it so a delivery order that is wrong. If I could have the order re-delivered or my money had been placed immediately on a store credit so I didn't have to borrow money would have elivated this review. Meijer is just across the road and I get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. Additional $$$ for Meijer. I'm thinking of changing to a different place but pharmacy has always been good to me. Read moreI was totally disappointed in Meijer today. You would have thought that a head cashier, this one's name was Michelle, would be more aware of her surroundings and be more helpful to a customer. I was waiting in line when I noticed a cashier open another Lane with a customer. I was waiting for her to turn on her light when another customer got in that line. I waited a few more minutes, cashier didn't tell that second customer she wasn't open. I thought she must have forgotten to turn on the light, so I moved to her Lane. As the second customer proceeded to put her items on the belt the cashier then told that customer she wasn't open. But proceeded to check her items out anyway. I then asked should I move to another register. The cashier did not respond. As I moved up and started to put my items on the belt she told me she was closed. I then asked why didn't you say that sooner now I have to get back in line. I then moved to the end of my previous line and waited. I then witness the cashier close her lane and move to another Lane and then take a customer from another Lane knowing that I was still waiting in line. Now I ask you why could she not finish checking me out at that lane she was in or moving me to the Lane she was opening? I talked to the manager who said this person was the head cashier, that the head cashier had other things to do and that she would have to talk to her and find out what happened. P. S. I didn't even want to give a star rating today. I felt very inconsequential and that the manager wasn't really listening to what I was saying and wasn't concerned about how I was affected by this...
