Food Quality – 5/5: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the ribs, tender to the bone, glazed with BBQ sauce that managed to strike a perfect balance between mild and spicy. This rich flavor was everything I hoped for in a BBQ dish. Alongside the ribs, the hamburger was cooked to my precise preference and served hot off the grill, accentuating the freshness of the ingredients.

Drinks – 5/5: I also treated myself to a Long Island, and it was expertly crafted and tasted excellent. It's clear that the bartenders here know their stuff, and it was the perfect accompaniment to a hearty meal.

Atmosphere – 5/5: Billy's Tip n Inn offers a truly personalized experience. It's not just about the food here; the ambiance is warm and welcoming. The staff seemed genuinely happy to serve, and the general vibe of the place made me feel like I was dining amongst friends.

Service – 4.5/5: The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The only minor drawback was a slight delay in receiving our meal, but considering the quality of the food, it was worth the wait.

Overall Experience: Billy's Tip n Inn is a gem in White Lake, offering a quality dining experience that's sure to please. From the flavorsome ribs to the superbly cooked hamburger, and not forgetting the excellent Long Island, every aspect of my meal here was satisfying. The personalized atmosphere adds to the charm of this locale, making it an ideal place for lunch or any casual dining occasion.

First time visiting this eve. Cat/Kat (Batender) was amazing, so friendly and fun! I would come back just for her and the experience she gave!

Add on…. The atmosphere, up north, UP feel when entering! Great food!! Fried mushrooms were fantastic!! Pastie?? Made in house, very good!! Gravy was wonderful though the preference was hot sauce and catsup! If they could just add rutabaga, it would truly be perfection!! Truly! Can’t have a Pastie without Rutabaga! Still would give it an 8 out if 10 without the rutabaga. The dough was wonderful as was the flavor. Large portion and filling!

French onion soup, eh, I think they could certainly get this better!! I’m a French Onion Soup Snob!! I’ll give it 5 out of 10. Wouldn’t order again. Cheese was spot on as well as onions but the broth left me sad. Bland and boring. No richness. No beef flavor to fill your taste buds. The pulled pork sandwich was a 10! Delicious! Coleslaw was blue cheese and mild on cheese taste but so pleasant. Not too creamy! Not watery! Blue cheese crumbles or chunks would put it over the top!!

Wings? Delicious. Crunchy celery and fantastic blue cheese dip!! Their Ranch and a alao wonderful!

I will certainly come back for both atmosphere, fantastic Bartender and food! Lots more to try! Cat says the fish and chips is spot on! That will be my next try! Was so indulged in Cat conversation that I didn’t take photos of the pastie and the pulled pork, but seriously, take my word!

Just as I was leaving, the entertainment was starting! Open Mic Night!! Fun!!

Let me start off by saying I love the smoked bar b que at this restaurant. My wife and I placed an order for takeout tonight. The lady who took our order was great, our order pickup was great. When I got home that was where an issue came up. My wife ordered the LARGE MORICE SALAD, $13.99 and when we got home we noticed that the takeout portion was definitely NOT the same as the in restaurant portion. The take out box is 7.5in across and 1.75 inches tall. Please keep in mind had the takeout portion been priced differently there would be no issue. The takeout morice salad and the restaurant sit down are both priced at $13.99. I really like coming to this place and now because of this issue I have a hard time deciding if this restaurant will be the one we chose to go to. With Covid we are seriously buying take out at least 4 days per week. I did tip the ladies at the door $5 for a take out order because they deserved it. I did speak to the manager and the best she could offer was to speak to the owner about the price of my order. I dont want to convene a board room meeting about the price of my take out salad. I would like for the owner to reach out to me and I will be willing to meet them up at their restaurant. You can make a morice salad for a table in house then try to squeeze that in the same take out box we received tonight. When it does not fit i will accept your apology. Just sucks because I...
