Culver’s — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

New restaurants usually try harder. This one was bad. They were so backed up and moving so slow that we waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers. They came and the cheese was literally iced cold, they didn’t even pretend to try and melt it, burger was dry? Onion rings cold. Taking them back would have meant waiting another 25 minutes. Guy at the booth behind us trying to explain to one of the workers that there was no sauerkraut on his Ruben, not one strand and the kid acted like the guy had 2 heads and he didn’t get it. If it’s this bad now… it’ll get worse. Guy with the Sauerkraut said he’ll now only go to the one @23 where food is hot and staff is friendly. Tons of workers there so that’s not an excuse. Won’t go back? It’s too expensive for low quality. So disappointed! Do t open in a busy area if you can’t handle busy even...

I really want to give them better reviews because everyone usually deal with is great, but what I experienced tonight with the ice cream person saying "I am going to kill someone" over the stress of making ice cream during a rush was too much. She also put a ice cream dish that fell on the floor back into the clean caddy. Also witnessed her give another employee disgusting ice cream that looked absolutely terrible and was mixed too much that it looked like puke, and say, "oh well" Really shocked and appalled by her behavior. The food was good prior to the same counter and all the other staff members have been nothing but great but Jasmine, you need to get it together. Horrible location, they always forget something. This time it was our fry and our sauces.The fry we did get was disgusting, I don’t think they’ve ever change the oil. It was brown and bitter tasting. Also our cokes tasted like water, guessing their syrup was out and thought it was okay to serve us that. It’s always dirty in there, unsure on how that’s possible since it’s a newer location. Lazy management obviously. Get new management because seriously it’s bad. Anyways anyone who’s wanting to go here, spend the extra 10 mins to go to the waterford location, it’s 1000 times better then this dump with bad...
