Starbucks — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

I was there this morning 1/23/2020 at 8am. There were 2 gals working and 1 was complaining profusely about a co-worker/friend of hers. I was the only customer and still had to wait while the 1 gal went on and on. The other gal stood listening to her and it wasn't until I said "forget it" that I was waited on. 1 gal took my order and money and the other started my drink. The gal making my drink STILL complained the whole time I was waiting. She set it down and walked back over to the gal, STILL complaining about this co-worker/friend of hers. My drink was "just ok". Great service and the staff does a great job. However, it would be helpful for this location to have some sort of digital board that shows you where your order is in the line up. I was in there the other day and it was slammed. The staff were struggling to keep up and were doing the best they could. But most of us were standing there for 15 - 20 minutes and then you're playing the fun game of trying to figure out if your order is almost up and should you stay? Or do you risk being late for work if it's not almost up? Do you cancel? It's like playing a guessing game but with results that could get people written up or fired from their jobs. Being able to see if your order is next in line or tenth in line would help you make...

This is BY FAR the best Starbucks around. Sarah and Bri O. Are and incredible! They always go the extra mile to make sure tour drink and food is perfect. It's always a blast sitting there talking to them while they make your coffee, they make you feel welcomed and are a joy to be around. Sarah and Bri O. Deserve raises!!!! I pass up many different starbucks and coffee shows specifically to go to this store. Never have I ever had an issue with my coffee or food not being right and if there was they would remake it with no issues whatsoever.
