THEY ARE DISHONEST.
We went into purchase new phones and we were told both my husband and I would qualify for new phones. I got my new pixel, traded my old and that purchase was fine. My husband was told his phone qualified for the same package and they took his phone. We paid what they required and I asked for a receipt. I was told printer issues and would show up in my email. Never got it but finally found it on MY TMOBILE account not email AFTER I got a bill. They gave us $10 for my husband phone and was not told the would be extra expense. We would have picked a FREE phone or none at all because he really didn't need one. Not only that... But for $10 we would have kept the phone to give someone or given it to the senior center where it could be used to dial 911 if in need of help.
We traveled to the store and the person there told me to dial 611 because his phone wasn't showing. We did that and we were referred right back to the store to speak to the manager. I was told he was on vacation and wasn't sure when he would be back, maybe the following Monday. My husband called to see if manager was in and he had answered and said nothing they could do.
My husband called 611 again and got a manager on line and we came to an agreed solution but we are still paying for the phone.
I had not used them for a phone but other services and really liked them there. They would have gotten a five star before but I will not be back to that store because they are no longer...
Read moreWe explained that we could not get a signal in our house with AT&T so they assured us there would not be a charge if we cancelled service within 3 days and the activation fee of $53 for two phones (we already owned our phones) would also be returned. They also gave us a router to help with any poor signal, just in case. There was not any signal in our house or even down our road, and the router did not help, so we cancelled the service the next day by calling T-Mobile. We then took the router back to the store and they said they couldn't accept it and we would have to wait for return envelope in the mail to send it back to T-Mobile, else we would be charged $100. They should have explained that when they gave it to us. So wasted trip. When I got my Master Card bill there was a charge for the $53 activation; called T-Mobile and they said the store had to and should have credited you for the $53 when we returned the router. Then the next MC bill I see a charge for $100, with only a $10 credit. I wasn't sure what this was for. Again, cancelled service within even 24 hours and we were told by the store we would not be charged. Called Master Card and had a 3-way with T-Mobile to get my $100 back. Turns out they were charging us for service even after we cancelled. The guys at this store and T-Mobile corporate are really bad when you want to cancel the service. They are counting on people being too busy to check their...
Read moreThis store has got to be the worst in customer service in history. I picked up a new phone yesterday and was told that it came with a free promotion that was of no charge to me, and when asked if there was a monthly charge I was told there was not. I woke up to the text this morning from T-Mobile thanking me for adding a fourth line. Ah excuse me? I should only have three lines. I called customer service only to find out the fourth line was for the T-Mobile Sync Tracker that was supposed to be free. I cancelled the line and was told I could return the tracker to the store. Upon arrival the manager told me she would not take it back and told me I was rude and was evil........WTH? I let her know what customer service told me and she literally told me the customer service was wrong. I informed her I was going to file a complaint regarding the issue as well as her and her employee Danial for being deceptive and not up front with there so called promotion. I will never stop at this location again, and would advise anyone else from doing the same. If I could have gave a zero rating...
