Three strikes you're out Taco Bell next to Home Depot. I have posted a lot of reviews over the last 15 years and they are overwhelmingly positive. This is not one of those! I visited in April, waited a very long time to order and a very long time to finally receive my expensive, cold, smaller portioned food at a higher price than ever. The biggest disappointment though was that when I got home we realized that my husband's cheesy gorita crunch wasn't there so he had nothing to eat. I felt bad but there was no way I was going back! Then about 3 weeks ago he went to buy dinner for the family. I couldn't believe when he got home and started passing out the cold, sad looking food that his cheesy gordita crunch was missing, again! I offered to go back up there but he said don't worry about it. Then tonight November 7th my daughter decided she wanted Taco Bell so we went. I ordered 6 items on the menu for $26 and we waited a long time to get the food (we were the only vehicle in line when we arrived) and I said we aren't leaving until I make sure that we have everything this time. I counted and there were only 5 items. I said to the guy something is missing and he said I don't think so. I looked at my receipt and there were 6 items so I counted again and said yes something is missing. By this time another guy had come to the window and he wanted to argue with me that nothing was missing so I went through and looked at everything and discovered it was a cheesy Chipotle melt that was missing and I said there were supposed to be 2 of these but there is only one. He seemed exasperated with me and said I'll make it. I honestly feel like either they are doing a very poor job training to count or they are deliberately leaving items out of orders. What are the chances that 3 out of 3 times an item is missing? I have never had such bad luck at any fast food location so we won't be back again. Hoping the new White Lake Taco...
Read moreI understand that everyone is short staffed at the moment but this place could do better. This is the 4th time now I've came here crossing my finger for a different crew memeber and no luck. It's the same girl. She has been incredibly rude to me multiple times. And to my friends who have gone their on there own trips. It's 12am they close at 2. My order was an average one bag and 5 items plus 2 drinks. , the cheese isn't melted and it's all cold to the touch. I've worked in fast food and restaurants for 5 years. I could understand if it was a one time thing but this is the 4th time in a row. And the rude customer service doesn't help this situation either 😒
1:20am We just drove back and we're told that they are closed. But explained we wanted to show what they had served us and we pulled forward. Now little did I know Xavier was the one behind the microphone, with our past instances this is NOT the first time he has had to take charge of the situation. He fully took care of the problem no questions asked besides what we had ordered. Soon after Xavier steps away from the window to remake our food we watched the same girl walk up to the drink machine and with her bare hand dispenses an ice cube and eats it. --BOTTOM LINE-- please promote Xavier, give that guy a raise because it's employees like him that WILL keep your customers coming back. Unfortunately though Its the other crew member who will...
Read moreI never write surveys but I have to with my experience at the Taco Bell this evening. I was driving down m-59 in White lake Michigan when I suddenly became dizzy and my body became numb and I knew my blood sugar was dropping fast. I saw the sign and managed to get to the drive thru and all I said was I need help my blood sugar. The remarkable guy named Gabe was fast acting and told me to pull through. I was instantly handed a mountain dew Baja blast and 2 soft tacos. In my complete dizziness I didn't know where my card was and told him I had a few dollars in cash in my door but he was more concerned about my safety and well being at the time. He told me to park and if I needed medical attention he would call. I parked my car as fast as I could and was chugging the pop and eating so I didn't pass out. A minute later Gabe came out to talk to me and make sure I was okay. He deserves the highest award Taco Bell can give someone for his compassion and quick response to my situation. When I was felling right I ordered more food for later and had my pop refilled. The world needs more people...
