So I went Into this wild bills a few weeks back. I bought a zippo lighter (40)$, A few packs of cigarettes and some zippo fluid. When I was done they asked if I wanted a receipt and I laughed and joked I said not unless I can bring my cigarettes back when Iām done with them. Well a few days pass and my zippo breaks!!! So I go back to the store itās a younger lady working, I explain everything to her. She then calls a manager at home. Well on speaker he ask if I have my receipt and I say no, but I can give you the exact amount date time everything and you can re-print it on your system. ( I paid with my debt card) Well when he knew I wasnāt stupid it then became we donāt do returns. So I basically got told to get lost. Listen this isnāt about the money itās the principle of the matter! So give it a few days I wait and I call in there because the store is a good distance from me. The same guy gets on the phone telling me he will do me a huge favor and do a return if I want to come back. Iām guessing he found out he was in the wrong. So now if I want to get it replaced I have to drive another 35 min each way. The point of this review is to let people know what you have to deal with if you have any kind of issue. He always tried to tell me all sales are final. If thatās the case sir maybe donāt have a zippo Display and pull out a zippo thatās been touched and used how many times? As of now this issue isnāt resolved and I plan to take it ladder until something is done to change how this is handled for...

I bought a whip cream dispenser there and by the time I got home my wife had found one on Amazon for a third of the price which, I do understand a small store having to make some profit but, 300% profit is a little to much for my wallet. I went to return item and was informed by the person who sold it to me the day before that the store returns nothing unless itās damaged and based on my experience I can only imagine how that process goes. The employee was just doing his job so no fault on him, his service over all was good. The owner needs to work with the customer more and try not being so greedy bet his business would boom and not be empty most the time. Thereās no deals on cartons of smokes either if you smoke popular brands for the most part. Actually itās more expensive most the time but, hey theyāll toss you a free lighter! Thanks but, I like saving money and the ability of returning items more than I do free lighters, everywhere...

I am sorry, I genuinely didnāt know since the door was unlocked and now I feel really bad for scaring the employees.
