Read moreDo not ever rent from them! I had issues from day one. The owner of the store is the sales person that I helped me the day I went in. He failed to tell me that the model I was getting was a floor model. The furniture came to me with a tear that was “repaired” and an issue with the zipper on the arm rest. When I called I was told that they could not do anything other than take months off the lease. If I paid the furniture off it would have been a little over $4,000 for used furniture. They refuse to work with customers if they fall behind. I have called the store numerous times about my account but nothing was noted. I have always rented from Rent A Center now I know why. When I stopped by, she let me look around, never bothered me with "sales pitches" and let me pick what I wanted She then told me all about the set I picked, good and bad, and allowed ME to make my decision. I told her yes let's get it started and she explained, in detail, exactly what I should expect.
