I don’t wanna leave a star at this point but I get it, it’s business at the end of the day yes I’m late on a payment not even 30 days I’m struggling like everyone else but the way they talk to people are crazy the lady at the front desk rude but if I looked like that I would be rude too I guess I offered to pay half she said no hung up so when I told the boss or whatever nothing was done fine so now I’m not gonna call if I’m gonna be late bc they are rude! Do not ever rent from them! I had issues from day one. The owner of the store is the sales person that I helped me the day I went in. He failed to tell me that the model I was getting was a floor model. The furniture came to me with a tear that was “repaired” and an issue with the zipper on the arm rest. When I called I was told that they could not do anything other than take months off the lease. If I paid the furniture off it would have been a little over $4,000 for used furniture. They refuse to work with customers if they fall behind. I have called the store numerous times about my account but nothing was noted. I have always rented from Rent A Center now I know why. I will be paying half the price for the same set I have now! Horrible...

When I called the store, Michelle answered and gave me all the reasons to stop by. When I stopped by, she let me look around, never bothered me with "sales pitches" and let me pick what I wanted She then told me all about the set I picked, good and bad, and allowed ME to make my decision. I told her yes let's get it started and she explained, in detail, exactly what I should expect. We decided on a delivery date and I can say I have NEVER felt so at home and comfortable while buying furniture. Michelle is a rare find and I hope Eagle Rentals appreciates her.
