Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in White Oak

Went there to get a burger, fries, & blizzard. Ended up coking steak at home while moving the lawn at the same time! This location seems "COST PROHIBITIVE" on the back end! The gal said she "couldnt substitute a drink for a blizzard at THIS LOCATION, even for an extra cost." I said with the $10 combo running $11.89 hows that not possible? The gal says WELL its $11.89 thats what it is! Im like "Oh so u just gonna try & SILENCE me huh?" So I said I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Was totally appalled! She totally tried to rush me & I just said screw that! I also wont be delivering any more of their mobile orders.

Update: On/around 05/12 location had a power failure requiring their entire meter box/panel & so on to be rewired. Im pretty sure they lost all their product being an ice cream store! Karma! Silenced by lightning...

Went through the drive thru order ice cream for myself my wife my two daughters before even receiving the ice cream it was already melting the blizzard I ordered for myself was like soup in a cup. I called the store to inform the manager of the poor service and to tell them how bad my experience was. This shift manager or shift supervisor seem to get very defensive when I was explaining my situation and telling them about my experience. I then proceeded to tell the manager that I would call back tomorrow to talk to the store manager she then replied to me I'm leaving note so don't worry. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a double cheeseburgers w/ fries and a single cheeseburger w/ fries. ... along w/ a banana milkshake. A good part of the shake was chunks of banana, making it hard to drink thru straw. The burgers were so dry, I could swear they were made hours earlier & just kept on a section of the grill to "keep warm". Burgers were huge disappointment, but the fries were perfect. I had no idea DQ had such great french fries!! I'll remember when I order there again to get anything BUT a burger!! Even my DOG had issues chewing and swallowing the burger patty!!
