Taco Bell — Restaurant in White Oak

My experience today Sunday December 13th 2020, around 6:00 p.m. at the white oak Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell experience my wife and I have ever had in our entire lives. The food was so atrocious that it has turned us off of the franchise forever. We ordered 4 toasted cheddar chalupas. The price was absolutely insane coming to nearly $15. There was less than a teaspoon worth of meat Pur chalupa and if you added up all the ingredients that they put on all four shells it would equal probably about half of a cup full of lettuce tomato and maybe 20 some pieces of shredded cheese. The meat that was there was completely flavorless and the only thing either of us could taste was cheddar cheese. The Taco Bell was not busy, in fact there was only one other person there so they weren't exactly rushed or under any pressure. The person taking our order was polite but didn't even bother to offer us any sauce at the window and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the one other person in line to be served. This was a completely unacceptable experience and this Taco Bell should be shut down. If I didn't feel nauseous after having taken a few bites of this chalupa I would have drove back to get a refund. The food didn't actually make me nauseous but I felt nauseated at how terrible it was and how unacceptable the servings were. Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I was owed 12 tacos from the previous night because the employees forgot one of my bags in the order. I Spoke with the manager that night and was told I could say his name and that It was marked down in the books for a credit. When I went to redeem my credit the employees looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. After 20 minutes of sitting in the drive through watching the employees look clueless to how a credit worked I was told by the manager angrily that I need to “get in here cause I don’t know what’s going on and we need to figure this out”. I asked if I could just stay in the drive through because I had an appointment and was screamed at with profanity. I left because $15 with of tacos I was owed was not worth the hassle or time. This was my worst experience at any taco bell ever! First the wait time in the drive thru was horrible with only two cars in front of me then when I got home and pulled my dr pepper out of my cup holder it went everywhere because the cup they gave me was cracked on the bottom. My hard shell on my chzy gord crunch was old and soggy, the two soft taco supremes had sour cream on one side a clump of meat in the middle and lettuce cheese and tomatoes on the other. My sons quesadilla was the worst I ever saw! There were pieces with no chicken in it and when I called the manager said there was nothing they could do but apologize.
