Pizza Hut — Restaurant in White Oak

I never write a review. Ever. People make mistakes, and I'm comfortable with that. I rarely if ever make a fuss. But my exerience with this place has been so consistently and unwaveringly terrible that I need to share

1. The first time I ordered through them, I requested a 2 liter of soda with the order. The driver forgot it and assured me I would be reimbursed but I never was.
2. The second time I placed an order I was told it would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I received a call saying that my order hadnt been started and would be an ADDITIONAL two and a half hours to complete.
3. My third time ordering I requested a Buffalo Chicken pizza. I instead received a cold normal pizza with chicken toppings and a small dip container not even half full of hot sauce. 4). The last straw was calling to place an order, the employee next to the phone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. They did this not once, not twice, but three times.

These aren't just my bad experiences either. These are my ONLY experiences. I've not had a single positive encounter with this Pizza Hut. I wish I could give you a negative score. I have never seen such gross incompetence or utter negligence in a business in my life. You will never see another cent from me. I've told my friends and family members in the area about this as well. Don't waste your time here. There are many other better more competently run pizza establishments...

Wont deliver. Discriminating based on zip code.

I live 4 miles down the road, and I work from home. Sometimes I like to treat myself at the end of the week. I also have agoraphobia due to severe anxiety issues, so I'll get pretty much anything delivered I can, like my groceries. So when I found out that even though I live 4 miles down the road, and they STILL REFUSE to deliver to me. Their reasoning? Bad business in the past. What does that even mean?? Not to mention I live in Greenock...which is just a bunch of suburban homes and an elementary school.

Normally I don't care about these things. I have other options. I can call other places. But the fact they openly admit to refusing to deliver and will give such a vague answer is extremely frustrating. And all I was told was...there were bad customers in the past in my area and they removed us from the deliver zone. No explanation of what bad customers even meant.

I spent a decade in the restaurant industry here in Pittsburgh. It just baffles me that someone in the food industry conducts themselves and their business such a discriminatory manner.

My money is good. I follow the laws. So can you explain to me why you think this is an ok policy to have as a business? Especially when delivery is...

My sweetheart and I absolutely love Pizza Hut. My father used to bring me to our local pizza hut when I was a kid and after he passed I often frequent in lovely memory of him. Our pizza looked and tasted amazing. THOUGH… it wasn’t the pizza I ordered… we also ordered wings and bread sticks which we ate while our order was corrected… I was absolutely blown away after spending almost 60.00 on our order (medium hand tossed, with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, a small order of bread sticks, 10 wings and two sodas) and then having the manager, after making the mistake on our original pizza order, asking us to PAY an ADDITIONAL charge to make the CORRECT pizza. I paid the difference IN CASH , they threw out the incorrect pizza and we waited quite a long time for our correct order. I was so disappointed. Did I MENTION I LOVE PIZZA HUT. I never give a less than great review but I...
