I have had badd customer service before and I have received badd food before, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I walked in to the store and the employees were very distracted. It took about 2 minutes before anyone actually took my order even though there was nobody waiting in line before me. When Deandre T finally took my order. He was very laxdaisical, like his mind was elsewhere and he simply didn't care what he was doing. Although he did manage to take the order correctly he failed miserably at giving me the correct order. I had ordered a most best pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesy bread for 10.17. He simply grabbed a hot and ready made pizza handed it to me and walked away forgetting the cheesy bread. I had to once again get his attention and ask for the bread. He then grabbed a bag and handed it to me and I walked out the door. I felt uneasy about the order so I checked it in my car. I found the pizza was mostly under cooked dough and I still did not get my cheesy bread. I received a small order of regular bread sticks instead. This made 3 mistakes in a row, at the same establishment, in a time span of 10 minutes. So I went back in the store and asked for a refund. They offered to remake my order but I did not have another 25 minutes to wait around, nor did I expect the fourth attempt at getting things right to go well. So, I said no thank you, I would like a refund for 10.17. I was then informed that nobody in the store was authorized to issue a refund. After arguing this utterly ridiculous point with them for about 15 minutes, The assistant manager took my information and said that they would call me back. I ended up leaving the store with no food whatsoever after they had literally stolen $10.17, which I never expect to see again. Read moreOne the most obnoxious rudest, bizarre even, experiences I've ever had at this place. I've been going to this location since it first opened and I've never seen anything like this happen there. The guy working there (large, fat with glasses and NO MASK OR GLOVES!) was very quick to take your money and extremely slow with your order. If you complained, he made sure he was even slower. Rather than tell people that their order would take a certain amount of time because there wasn't enough employees there (I'm GUESSING this was the reason for the hold up but who knows, it could have just been him) he just kept taking orders and making people wait 1/2 hour or longer for a "fast and ready pizza"! This was during lunch time when people are used to just running in and leaving with one of these pizzas knowing they only have 1/2 hour for lunch! After being there for 35 minutes , I couldn't wait any longer I went inside and told him to give me my money back he ignored me and kept waiting on other people! Of course mouthing off to me the whole time! I was seriously thinking of calling the Police he was so out of control! I urge ALL OF YOU TO DO THIS....don't just leave this review on Google...please contact the corporate headquarters of this company and let them know what's been going on at this location. Read morePlaced a $55 order and was told afterwards that the restaurant is out of pineapple Pepsi. No problem issue me the refund. Unbeknownst to me, the restaurant uses door dash as the third party delivery driver so the store location was of no assistance. Jacquon and his Manager, Heather were extremely rude & unprofessional stating they don’t deliver and they are allowed to be out of Pepsi (which wasn’t the concern). They directed us to door dash even though we’ve never used door dash and don’t have an account so we had to find a customer service number to call. When I called I was informed they can’t refund anything until the actual order has been delivered and says completed. Order arrives and surprise surprise the pizza is incorrect. I call back door dash and they said they can issue a refund for the out of stock beverages and 75 percent of the pizza order.
