When going to the Indiana store ask for IRENE!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and defused our situation quickly. She needs a massive raise!! She was incredibly helpful My husband and I purchased the cricket service and used our phones that we already had we had Google pixel 3, our phones are not compatible with the cricket service as we found out when we went home and our phones wouldn’t work. We went back to store very next day very angry because We were now paying for a service that our phones are useless for. The salesman we had should have known that Before he allowed us to change the service to our phones . We went to the Indiana store very angry and Irene listened to us, helped us through the whole process. We had to purchase new phones. The two phones that we purchase indiana only had one of them and the Kittanning store where Irene husbands worked had the other. Irene went above and beyond for us by keeping the store open when it closed at 5 on Sunday and asked us to come back around 6 because her husband was kind enough to drive the whole way to Indiana with the other phone that we purchased. She then transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. And after everything we went through buying two brand new phones and paying for the cricket service for four lines it was still cheaper than one month bill from Verizon wireless so if you ever need anything and are looking for a cheaper phone bill with excellent Internet service and wonderful customer service skills ask for Irene at the Indiana cricket store well she will go above and beyond for you thank you so much for your help we appreciate it and everything’s working wonderfully. The only reason why I got this startling is because of the employee that work here who kept himself very calm respectful and profession. but I cannot say the same for the man who owns or manages this shop. this man cursed me out in front of my daughter one loudspeaker as I repeatedly told him that it was not necessary to talk to me in that manner. And I am informed him they're talking to me in that manner would have me to only call the better Business bureau on him about this behavior. But he consistently he was profoundly threatening me to get out of his store so I called the cops and I'm here right now waiting to follow the report on his business owner. I only came here to return my phone within the seven days that's required. I returned with the box as I was instructed by him. and now he's telling me that I can take my MF in money and get out his effing shop all because I don't accept the fact that I came back within the seven days to return my phone for for the same phone and now he's telling me he don't have the phone in his shop. And he cannot give me his word that he will have the phone within the seven days that he should have...

I like cricket service, been with them for two years, in fact have 5 lines with them, however this store be careful. My phone shattered, so my girlfriend went there to buy me a replacement. When purchasing the phone my girlfriend asked if it came with a sim card, because we didn't know if the one from my phone would fit the new phone, the clerk, A. Abdikadar, told her no it did not come with a sim card, and if you need one it would cost $10 for a sim card, and he preceded to open the box and show her the battery and the charger and he took a credit card sized card out of the box that said cricket on it. My girlfriend brought the phone home, and my card did not fit, I had a micro sim card it needed a nano sim card. Then we saw on the box it said includes sim card. Turned out that credit card sized cricket card had the sim card attached. Beware of these people, trying to force you to buy a new sim card if yours doesn't fit when the phones come with...
