I went to the chipotle in Indiana a few weeks ago, maybe two or three and I was very disappointed in the service. When I got there, I was just getting a burrito and I found out right away that we were out of chicken and then after that I found out we were out of Peppers and onions and then I found out after that we were out of cheese and just when I thought I couldn’t get worse I went to pay for it and added a bag of chips but no they were out of them as well. I understand that a restaurant will run out of things from time to time, but I feel like somebody should’ve told me this before I started To order. (I did ask, however, are you guys really out of all these options And the answer I got back was in a rude tone so I didn’t ask anymore. I just paid for my food and left). Normally the service there is very good and the food’s always usually very good but after that last trip, I think I’m going...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews especially when it comes to food service because i’ve worked in food service ever since I was 15 (so i know how it is), but I feel I have to after this. My chicken taco was poorly wrapped in foil and all of the toppings had fallen out into the bag. My side tortillas were wet from the juice. It was disgusting… I paid for what?? I don’t know if it’s the workers or the products they’re given to package everything but this was unacceptable. Do better Chipotle … this was not...

The staff is friendly, but the store looks like a bomb went off, and again always out of a protein, out of a rice, out of beans...matter of fact they're just always out of a critical burrito component which is ANY unavailable item when you run a burrito joint.
This isn't a one time issue. It's everytime we make the 30 minute drive there after working a 12 hour shift. Today will be the last time we make the same mistake of stopping here. Chipotle - you haven't lost a customer but this store definitely has...and a...
