I went here a few days ago with my dad. A server named Olivia showed us to our table, and she was nice to us when we ordered our food. I got the Capicola with Cheese Big Bro sandwich. It was good. I would have preferred less meat, but that's on me šŸ˜… Also, I got the gametime nachos. They were good, and I also got the deep-fried cheesecake burrito. It was good, but I feel like the dough could have been crispier. Also, it could have been bigger, too. Also, I was originally going to get the funnel cake fries, but they were out. It was to be expected, I guess, since it was the end of the day when we ordered and I'd imagine Primanti Bros is very popular here in town, so I'd imagine they're busy almost every day. Overall, good food, atmosphere, and service! I've eaten here twice already, and I'd come back! (Also, all of the staff deserve raises, including Olivia! 😁😊)

Update: The floor is no longer as slippery as it was immediately after opening. My husband and I are overjoyed that Primanti Bros. came to Indiana. We have enjoyed Primanti Bros. since we started dating 35+ years ago. The food is great here and the staff is friendly. My only concern is that the floor can be quite slick throughout the dining area.

The first time we visited, was around 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I’d say the restaurant was about 2/3 full. There were 7 of us, so I didn’t expect service to be super fast (it was pretty slow), but I expected that with all of the growing pains I assume they’re dealing with. On the bright side, our waitress was very friendly and we could tell that she was trying her best. She educated us a little bit about the app. We all enjoyed our food, although it was pretty expensive. We spent over $150 total for all 7 of us which included 3 beers & 4 mixed drinks. The 2 kids meals that we ordered were the cheapest part of our bill. I was also a little bummed that they didn’t do anything for birthdays because it was my husband & daughter’s birthday.

The second time that we visited was on a Saturday night at 9pm, just 2 of us so I decided to take note of how long service took. When we arrived, I’d say the restaurant was about 2/3 full and by 9:30, 1/3 or less full. Here’s how it went: 9:03: Got seated 9:15: Waitress finally acknowledges us, whole order gets order taken (why did it take 12 whole minutes for us to even be acknowledged??) 9:26: Receives my mixed drink (11 minutes later?) 9:27: Receives my husband’s beer (why did the beer take longer than the mixed drink?) 9:33: Receives food 9:34: Waitress asks if I’d like a second drink 9:37: Receives second drink 9:55: Receives check, charged for ā€œRed Bull canā€ that we didn’t order - we addressed that & got it taken care of of course 10:01: Husband orders second beer 10:04: Husband receives second beer 10:06: Husband pays for order

Things to note during this visit: The floors were so slippy that I almost slipped and fell as I was getting into the booth. Our waitress was not very friendly at all, she had the ā€œnice customer service voiceā€ but almost acted as if we were an inconvenience to her and never once smiled. I asked her about using the app and she wasn’t very helpful at all. I gave her my code but never got to use my coupon at the end of my visit. She barely checked on us but was so quick to give us the bill rather than asking if we wanted anything else. It was happy hour. My husband & I were planning on having a few more drinks but we got the hint that it was time to leave.

We’re going to give it another shot one more time but if it’s the same experience as this last time, we will find a new place to hit...

it was our first time eating at this location. We were their for an hour and 20 minutes. I understand they were busy and had just opened, but you would think managers of a restaurant would trust the people they hire and would care more about their customers. We ordered two appetizers, which came out pretty quickly. however, when it came to our entrees, two of us got part of our meals. however, when it came to my fiancees wings and our friend’s salad, the food runner came out with wings that had no sauce (my fiancee ordered them with buffalo sauce). the boy said he would get them fixed right away, as well as bring our friend's house salad. 20 minutes go by and we still do not have the wings or salad. our server (dont get it twisted, she was wonderful!) came over and we informed her of the issue and she apologized and immediately went to inform her manager. she was speaking with him for almost 15 minutes (we could see them from our table) about the issue we were having, and he could not care any less. it took him almost 20 minutes to go to the kitchen to see what was going on with the order. finally, after another 10 minutes or so, a woman manager came out with our food, but after 40-45 minutes of waiting for two items, we asked for it to go. we got our to go boxes and our check, only to see we got charged for 2 salads instead of one. it quickly became clear that we were having these issues because other workers/managers did not believe we only ordered one salad and that they think their employees and customers are liars. Although we got $10 off our order for the long wait for the wings and salad ($13 total), our issue could have been resolved much quicker and this review would not exist if the male manager with the black shirt would have spent less time on his phone with his thumb up his butt, barely acknowledging his distressed employee and more time listening and taking immediate action to fix their mistake and...

Today 7/07/2024 Sunday, My wife and I went here to try it out for the first time today. We ordered the 15 count garlic Parmesan boneless wings and also ordered nachos. The bar is right in the middle of the restaurant, and the tables are around the massive bar on mostly all sizes and not separated like in other locations. This makes it not a family friendly place to bring young children. It was also very loud and hard to talk with my wife across the table, we had to yell to each other to talk. When our food got to us, We were very surprised to see that the nachos were nearly 3 times the size of the boneless wings. The wings were supposed to be the main corse and the nachos were supposedly the appetizer. So the portion sizes need to be changed. The boneless wings were not only expensive at around $19.50, tiny, and very soggy. And the garlic Parmesan sauce didn’t taste like garlic at all, it only tasted salty with a small amount of Parmesan cheese. Not even a half an hour after we had paid and left my wife started to feel sick to her stomach and I started having gas pains. Within 45 minutes, we were both at home sick on the toilet. And we both feel like we have food poisoning now. We don’t know if we just had a bad batch of food or if they are unsure of things as they did just open this franchise location recently. As of this point I would not recommend this location. We will be returning in hope of another experience, if it’s a better one I will change the review...
