Burger King — Restaurant in White Township

Made an online order for some chicken sandwiches without lettuce Twice my sandwiches were made wrong and this time they scraped the lettuce and mayo off them handed me cold sandwiches through the drive-thru. The customer service refuses to give me back my money and wants me to take $10 in credit to buy more food that isn't made right

So since I got angry and swore and said some sort of vanity they're refusing to honor my complaint ticket and refusing to give me back my money.

I don't know what the attitude problem is that this store? I didn't do anything to anyone here and I don't know why they can't make my food right but everything I've done has been for survival and apparently they don't like me enough to give me good food so I guess I'll just have to go somewhere else from now on because I can't get my money back! They literally decided because I said a bad word when they refused to give back my money that they didn't have to give back my money. No refund for the man who swore a bad word about being refused a refund for bad service and bad food. Lame. They had no intentions of giving me good food or my money back. Sorry I'm not rich either but I needed that food to keep working to earn more money but I had to shut down early because I was hungry and now I don't have the money to buy dinner. All because Burger King doesn't care about their customers Sorry I'm so poor I need to buy the deals so many times that my food couldn't be made right... I love going hungry for Burger King. So lame they couldn't just give my money back so I can buy...

The drive thru lady tonight was ridcoulous and I never get burger king and I was craving it. She asked what she could get me this was literally pretty much the conversation. Employee: what can I get you Me: a 10 piece nugget and Employee: is that all (Here I am thinking well you just cut me off) Me: a value get Employee: is that all Me: a number 8 with Employee: anything else ( now at this point I'm thinking she's ride I'm ready to drive off but my kiddo is hungry) Me: can I get a dr.pepper with that Employee: will that complete your order? Me: no can I also get a number 5 large meal Employee: okay your total is.... Me: can I get a sprite with no ice to with the meal Employee: yeah and total is....

I was diffently not happy with the serivce but this is mostly why I won't go to Indiana Pa Burger King of rather drive out of town to get...

The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! The workers in this place do not respect people. I have different dress code, a cover on my head. When I got in, workers kept looking at me and my friends in a weired way. My friends asked for a fish sandwich. We discovered that the sandwich has becon. We are pretty sure that someone did that intentionally to bother us. They recognized that we are Muslims, and we never eat pork. They were looking at us in a strange way, and they ooted to act with us in the same way. Please Burfer King help your workers understand something about diversity and different people from all over the world. Help your workers to act appropriately to those who trust in your brand.
