I ordered a corsage for my sons date (their first homecoming). Explained what I wanted via telephone. I was super disappointed when I picked it up. However, I was treated with respect and they offered to let me pick ribbon and flowers & made me a new, perfect one. Mistakes happen, but they were quick to fix it. Thank you!! Very friendly people and a clean, well kept store. Btw, this was the first time in years I've ever had an issue. They are usually perfect!! My entire family uses this florist. (Update:) The exact scenerio happened a 2nd time. I switched florists simply because it led me to believe if you don't speak up, you will get less than you pay for. I just want to get what I order and pay for...

I have had to run in several times over the years for emergency flowers and the owner and staff have always been incredibly accommodating. I’m particular with my florals and they haven’t missed a beat when I’ve hand picked every stalk of a bouquet. When I’ve ordered them sight unseen for an event of one kind or another they have always been spectacular. Every flower is in perfect condition and expertly arranged. I got my flowers for my wedding here, center pieces for my daughters christening, and now dance recitals and tweenager birthdays. Go in, meet the staff and buy yourself...
