Puff N Snuff — Local services in White Township

I was simply trying to make a purchase today. The lady was checking me out and everything was fine then the manager came out and started flipping out and slapped me it the face with her store phone. She was mad because I came in a couple months ago and asked for a couple specific lottery tickets. Instead of filling out two she filled out three and none of them had the numbers that I asked for. She refused to contact the owner or give them my information. She told me since I wanted to talk to the owner I wasn't allowed to come back. I said that's not a reason to ban someone, you know you did something wrong and you're trying to save your job. Hopefully I can get in contact with the owner and get this straightened out. I've been a customer for 17 years and I know the owner is very nice. They should add a customer complaint box that only the owner can open so they can find stuff like this out sooner! It was a cold winter's day when I arrived in the warm glow of this tobacco shop. I had been beaten down by life's woes, its challenges often too much to bear for a simple creature such as I. I said to myself, "what will cure me of the case of misanthropy I so unexpectedly acquired today?" I knew the answer in my heart of hearts. The most ignorant and unprofessional clerk's I have ever met in my life!! They act like you spending money there is an inconvenience to them. When you ask for a certain type of cigarettes and they grab the wrong ones they should not be arguing with you about it, is it so hard to grab the correct ones? I will not be returning I would rather drive the thirty minutes to Watt's tobacco in Blairsville. The staff there are so...
