7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in White Township

there has been what is essentially a frat party in my backyard since mid august. i don't walk well, my partner and i have heart issues, and repeated calls to ask for the music to be turned down have resulted in the music being turned UP. i can hear it from 5am to 11pm most nights, am stuck in bed for 60-70% of the day, and i can hear this music through my closed bedroom window. having it turned up upon calling is unbelievable behavior. i can't tell whether it's raising cane's or 7 brew, so i am leaving the same review on both pages.

if this were you, how would you feel? someone you cared about? i will never puchase anything from here again, and i will actively discourage as many people as i can from buying here. from another review, i hear aroma joe's is cheaper. personally, i LOVE cafe amadeus' ambiance on the rare occasion i can get out.

This establishment has some of the most inconsiderate employees I have ever seen in all my years of customer service they play music all hours at such a high volume that I can hear it through closed windows in my home. It affects my sleep and my daily life. It's ridiculous I have tried to reach out to customer service and was blocked. Worst customer service and the volume was turned up after calling. I only ask for it to be turned down to a considerate volume or off. I shouldn't be able to hear it from my home let alone with windows closed enough to make out the words of the songs.

I believe these reviews are deceptive. Especially when they say they call the coffee shop, because they do not have a phone! I’ve been there @530 am and @10:30pm, it appears early in the morning and late the music is only playing inside. I’ve also been there mid day when it’s playing outside and it doesn’t appear to be at an alarming volume. The staff is super friendly and courteous. This place also has the best pup cups I’ve ever seen!!! It’s to the point when we pull up my dog starts to whine because he knows what he’s getting😂🤦🏻‍♀️.
