This store is really taking advantage of people. Prices here are insane and there isn’t much in the way of actual food - a few frozen goods and lots of junk food and side dishes. I understand the need to charge more because of the convenience/location but they mark nearly everything up 100% or more from normal. If that’s not enough they then tack on a “store service charge” of 3.99% - it doesn’t appear to be a credit card fee, it is just an across the board “stick it to you” fee they don’t mention except for a tiny sign next to the register.
Be on the look out for them not honoring deals they have advertised. For example they offer a discount if you get two bottles of a certain brand of wine but then they ring them both up at the single bottle price.
