Fresh Coast Cafe — Restaurant in Whitefish Township

Y’all wanna know how good my sub was? Let me put this in perspective.

My family and I live in Pennsylvania. We go on a road trip through Michigan every year. This was our first time back to this particular area in a few years, and after a long day of playing on the whitefish point beach we were all starving. We stopped here, and I got a beautiful ham sub with cheddar cheese and lettuce on untoasted white bread. It was glorious. So much so that I only ate the first half and stowed away the second half in our cooler with the knowledge that I would probably never have the chance to eat at this place again and I wanted to same some for later.

And apparently it was the perfect spot for my 19 year old brother to find it. And eat it. And guess who cried like a baby when they found out their sandwich got eaten? I’ll give you a hint- it wasn’t him. Case in point, it was a dang good sandwich. Don’t be...

My wife and I were there two years ago we got the mighty Mac went down to the park ate half I told my wife I wanted to stop by tell you how I felt about the sandwich which today I still can’t get the taste out of my mouth. On my way out the door four gentlemen passed me going in. It’s been two years and I must tell you jimmy John’s and Subway has nothing on you. So here my solution I have talked your sandwich up to everyone including the UPS man. My proposal is if I send you lady’s everything to keep the food cold will prepare e mighty MAC SUBS I will I will inure the cost u put the free packs back in the box and send it back to me. Also tomatoes on the side so the bun doesn’t get soggy. Also in the end you can start something new for down rthe road. All I will need is your ok to put everything in motion. Have you ever had a sandwich you were still thinking about and craving years later? The sub sandwiches here are THAT good!! I live out of state and visited here for the first time in summer 2019 on my way back from Whitefish Point. When I was in the area again last week, I knew I had to come back. The Mighty Mac was just as good as I remembered. Loaded with quality meat and just the right amount of other toppings on bread that has just the right amount of softness but doesn't fall apart. The portion sizes are BIG!! Walls inside the cafe are adorned with signs and souvenirs for sale. The bathroom is clean. The service is great!! I'll be back the next...
