Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Whitehall

This is the worst possible place to deal with. Aarons has a great selection and it's easy to get furniture from them. The problem is that they call before the payment is even due. Our payment is due on the 15th of the month never missed a payment and after over a year or making the payments they started calling every month by the 4th saying our payment was due. Then they went too far they came to my home knocking on the door and it still wasn't past due!! That was bad enough but when our security camera caught the guy trying to look through our closed blinds that was way too far!! They continue to call before the payment is due what's the deal???!!! I will never in my life recommend using the one in Fairmont WV. I don't know if other ones are the same but the people at that one are beyond rude. If you do use them make sure you make your payment online using the app. I know a few people who said they were paying them cash at the store and even getting a receipt but somehow the payment wasn't deducted off their account. I only pay online and that's what I recommend if you do use them but also be warned they will harass you all the time even before your payment is due. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from the same store, been a customer of theirs for about 10 years now paid off a washer dryer set and leather sectional that was over three grand and king size mattress paid off, and I got a tv from them that is now two months behind not even 200$ yet and because of everything going on they should give a person a break until we get our unemployment straighted out! I have been dealing with this Aaron's in Fairmont, since they first opened in Fairmont, but not where they are located now at White Hall. I checked my records and I have bought more than $20,000 of merchandise from them I believe I am a member in Gold standing with them I have bought everything from bedroom suits living room suits appliances washers dryers gaming systems even riding lawn mower you name it.
