How sad. Bill’s used to be a magical place for my children but not anymore. We have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at this establishment over the past three years on pokemon cards. My children have grown up and were ready to sell their collections they have grown. Bill dismissed them immediately and wouldn’t even give them a single dollar for any of their binders full of cards because they haven’t been in the shop for a long time. These cards that they bought from him for $10, $30, $40 etc that were never even played with, purchased and inserted into a binder. He used to give my kids time and look up individual cards and what they were worth and my kids looked forward to the experience so much. Just so sad to see their faces leaving the shop with not even a single dollar to show for the years we have spent buying and selling here. Do yourself a favor and go to the lakes mall in Muskegon. Another family owned establishment, but one I am happy...

Just stopped by Bill’s Lakeshore Golden Cards & Collectibles to get a gift for a nephew. Completely flying blind on what to get, just know the topic of what they like. We picked something but then started talking to the owner at checkout and he gave us the best direction, completely helped us change up what we got so it would be beneficial to our nephew, and now we’re way more confident that we’re getting him something he will love.

I stop in once or twice a week because his selection of both packs and individual cards are constantly being added to.
