LOFT — Local services in Whitehall

I am so surprised that the reviews state they have great customer service here, because I had the absolute opposite experience. I love Loft and always get my business outfits there but the managers/employees (who refused to provide me their names) at the Lehigh Valley Mall store 1581 are very rude to their customers and have terrible attitudes. Not willing to help and make personal, unprofessional comments that should not be made to any customer. My friends and I stopped here on Saturday and we had such a great and wonderful experience. The customer service from Janet was fantastic! My friend had been looking for a shirt for a family picture and this was our last store. We had already been to every store in the mall and nothing. My friend left Loft with at least 5 shirts!
