called when they opened about a trade in and how it said "same credit same cash deal" they claimed it was only phones when their ad said "ALL ELECTRONICS" the manager or another employee had me show them the ad three times and still tried to give me the least possible they could give me. then said oh this location isnt doing that even tho on the site ot said it was. she could barely use their tablet to look up the deal and wouldnt look it up them self and even said "oh the site doesn't show that" so i brang up the site and still they didnt think it was there even tho it was litterally on my screen to show them.

staff barely could handle the few people in there store as it was. they were rude about it and nit picked every single thing i brang "oh this is slightly yellowed so we will give you 50 cents, oh we cant take the xbox 360 with no hard drive but we cant take the 60gb one i had and they checked to see if a system with a 10 year old warrenty hadnt been opened up before. its a 10 year old system you should be glad i opened it to clean it rather then selling you a system full of...

Interesting hole in the wall for a gamestop and I've been to many around the area including back in my home time. Reminds me of a strip plaza based on the size. Prices are reasonable if you find good deal on something being a pro member or not. Do call in ahead of time or check website to make sure they do have items in stock. Store was very well kept and clean and organized. Had stick notes on some products on their tonlet people know they didn't have it in stock.

Only draw back was the customer service, one guy was beat boxing and not paying attention to customers or store volume (max of 10) while other had a not friendly service what I mean is talking to customers (this was manager). Asked if they had one item in stock, he just looked at back of counter and didn't check his computer system to see if indefinitely...

This place has gone downhill over the years. Customer service is non-existent. Guy behind the counter sees me enter and immediately decides he has to run everything behind the counter onto the shelves. I'm standing at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to check out, he's periodically looking back at me, hoping I'll leave. When he assumes I'm not leaving, he shuffles behind the register and asks if I need anything. Asked to see if he has a game in stock, pushes a few buttons and tells me no and he can't look it up at other locations and immediately b-lines it to the back room. Just reminds me why I stopped...
