As a retailer, we rely on our suppliers to deliver products when they are supposed to. So far I have not had one delivery arrive on time and oftentimes I have to call to have my products delivered because they forgot about me. I've never had any issues with any other suppliers and I deal with upwards of a dozen other suppliers. It has also been a nightmare trying to get an account set up and their process is extremely antiquated and laborious. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and if I had other options I would certainly utilize another supplier. The only plus is that my salesperson Scott has been extremely helpful and understanding and is trying to get things sorted out. Read moreThey are normally great to work with for my bar, but as of lately they have been out of several products that are pretty crucial to my daily operations i.e. lime juice among other things. And my rep nor warehouse has yet to notify me that they are out of the product or anytime they will be getting it back in stock and this is normal operation procedure for them. What irritates me even more is they leave it up to the driver to have to tell me this information which I'm sure at some places probably gets him yelled at by frustrated customers even though he has nothing to do with it and all he does is deliver whats already placed in his truck to designated accounts.
